Will it fit me well?

TherapyWear Heated Hoodie is one size fits most. Designed with raglan style sleeves to look great on everyone. Fits comfortably up to 3XL.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Machine or hand wash. Wash only when necessary. Wash instructions included.

How long does the heating last?

The heat lasts up to 2 hours on the highest setting. Re-recharge the battery provided. Heat automatically turns off after 30 minutes for safety purposes. Manually turn on for further use.

Is the battery included?

Yes. Each hoodie comes with a 35 Watt 20,000 mAh rechargable USB-C power bank.

How warm is it on each setting?

The heating level can be adjusted by pressing the NECK and/or BACK button. Each press will cycle through the temperature settings.

High (Red): 65°C/149°F

Medium (White): 55°C/131°F

Low (Blue): 45°C/113°F

Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?

Yes, you can wear it on the plane. Our power bank is a lithium battery and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
