Refund policy
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Wear it for up to 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't for you, send it back for a full refund, even if you've worn it.
How to return it:
- Email support@mytherapywear.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- Send us photos showing the hoodie and the power bank are undamaged and in good working order. We reply with an OK to send it back.
- Send the hoodie, power bank, cable, booklet and safety sheet to: TherapyWear Returns, 347 Leon Avenue, Suite 210, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8C7, Canada.
How to send it: use a tracked courier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL, not the post office. The power bank is a lithium battery, and most post offices won't carry one to another country. Pack everything in the box it came in.
Return postage: for a change of mind, you pay it. If your hoodie arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, send us photos and we pay it, then refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of your return reaching us.
United Kingdom, European Union and Norway: you also have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email support@mytherapywear.com, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price within 14 days of getting it back.
Warranty: 30 days from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship; we repair or replace it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
