What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service that lets you pay in 4.* The first payment is collected when your order ships and the other three every 2 weeks.

Who can use Klarna?

You need to live in Canada, be at least 18, have a positive credit history, a valid debit or credit card or bank account, and be able to receive text codes. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Does Klarna check my credit?

Yes. Klarna runs internal and third-party credit checks. Late or missed payments could have a negative impact on your credit score.

Are there any fees?

A fee can apply if a payment is missed or returned. See the Canadian payment terms for the details.

Where do I manage my payments?

In the Klarna app or online at klarna.com. You can see your due dates, change your payment details, and pay early at any time with no penalty.

What if I return my hoodie?

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee still applies. Once we refund your order in full, Klarna cancels the remaining payments and returns what you have paid to your original payment method. A partial refund lowers what you still owe.
