Shipping policy
Free shipping to 14 countries: Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand. We can't ship anywhere else yet.
No customs fees on delivery.
When it ships: your order leaves our warehouse within 2 working days (48 hours), Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
How long delivery takes, in working days after your order leaves the warehouse:
- United Kingdom: 6 to 10
- Germany, France, Spain and Italy: 6 to 12
- Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland and Norway: 8 to 12
- Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 12
- Canada and the United States: 8 to 15
